Marine ENG11 Medical - Sea Farers Medical - (ENG1 equivalent)
It is a legal requirement for any seafarer to hold a valid marine medical certificate confirming medical fitness for the work for which you are employed. Our approved doctor will carry out a full medical, urinalysis, eyesight and colour vision test. Once confirmed FIT your certificate will be issued.
Please ensure you bring your passport. Passport number will be recorded on your certificate.
Please try and have a valid Seafarer ID number before presenting for examination. If you do not know or do not have a Seafarer ID you should contact the Department of Transport by email at admin@seafarers.ie and you will be issued with a self-registration link or your Seafarer ID number.
Please let reception know if you work in the engine room at the time of booking the appointment.
This certificate is acceptable to UK MCA (ENG 1)
